Delete your account

You can permanently delete your SwiftSMS account and its data at any time. Here’s how, and exactly what gets removed.

In the app (fastest)

Open the SwiftSMS app, go to Profile → Delete account, and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

On the web

Sign in at swiftsms.net/app, open Profile, and choose Delete account.

By request

Prefer us to do it? Email privacy@swiftsms.net from your account email with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and login, your wallet and any remaining balance, your order and rental history, and all SMS messages received on your numbers. This cannot be undone.

What we’re required to keep

We may retain a minimal record of past transactions (amount, date, status — never card details) for the period required by accounting and anti-fraud law. These records are not linked to an active account and are deleted once the legal retention period ends. See our Privacy Policy.
