Terms of Service

SwiftSMS provides temporary and rental virtual phone numbers for receiving SMS messages, delivered through third-party carrier networks. Numbers are provided for lawful account verification and testing only.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use SwiftSMS. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with the laws that apply to you.

You agree not to use SwiftSMS for fraud, spam, harassment, impersonation, or any activity that violates the terms of the services you verify with, or any applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the platform.

You’re responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Funds added to your wallet are prepaid and spent on a pay-as-you-go basis. Wallet balances are not transferable between accounts and are not redeemable for cash.

Wallet top-ups are processed outside the app by our third-party payment providers — a card gateway (IBAS) and supported public blockchain networks for crypto. The numbers and SMS you purchase are a service fulfilled through external carrier networks. Crypto payments are irreversible and their value can fluctuate; you are responsible for sending the exact amount on the correct network, and we are not liable for funds sent incorrectly. Pricing and fees are shown before you pay.

Number availability, pricing, and delivery times depend on upstream carrier networks and can change without notice. We don’t guarantee that a specific number, country, or service will always be available.

Activation numbers that never receive an SMS are refunded automatically to your wallet. See our refund policy for details.

You can delete your account and associated data at any time — in the app under Profile → Delete account, or at swiftsms.net/delete-account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. Any remaining wallet balance is forfeited on deletion, except where a refund is required by law.

SwiftSMS is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the actions of the services you verify with using our numbers.

If you obtained our app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, your use is also subject to that store’s terms. For Apple, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies, Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms entitled to enforce them.

SwiftSMS is operated by Blocify L.L.C. (business no. 812252295), Rr. Shefqet Shkupi, Prishtina Stars, C/47, Prishtinë, Kosovo. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Prishtinë. We may update these terms; your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
