Refund Policy
Last updated 20 June 2026. You only pay for codes that actually arrive. Here’s exactly when money goes back to your wallet.
No SMS, automatic refund
If an activation number doesn’t receive an SMS within its receiving window, the charge is returned to your wallet automatically — you don’t need to do anything.
Cancelling before a code arrives
You can cancel an active number any time before a code is received and get a full refund to your wallet. Once a verification code has been delivered, the order is complete and isn’t refundable.
Rentals
Rental numbers are billed for the period you select. Because the number is reserved for you for that whole period, rental fees are non-refundable once the rental has started.
Wallet top-ups
Top-ups add prepaid balance to your wallet and are processed by our external payment providers (card and crypto). Service refunds are always returned to your SwiftSMS wallet as balance, ready to spend on your next number. Wallet balances are non-transferable and aren’t paid out as cash. Crypto top-ups are non-reversible once confirmed on-chain.
